...a note on the band from Joe:
From 1995 to 1996 members Joe Weir, Mark Pinkerton and John Keyser collaborated heavily on a couple of sets’ worth of all-original hard rock songs. Though they were together only a short time they did perform at several multi-band shows on Laclede’s Landing, and were well-received. Several of their songs were recorded at home on an 8-Track recorder and can be found on Soundcloud. Search either "Joe Weir” or “Council of Cynics”. As of 2016 Mark & Joe are presently plotting finally properly recording some of those songs in a proper studio environment and with real equipment.
